What is massage therapy?

By definition, massage therapy is the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including, muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints. 


Who provides massage therapy? 

REGISTERED Massage Therapists! The terms RMT (registered massage therapist), and MT (massage therapist) are protected titles. This means anyone who uses this designated title is a registered healthcare professional, and is governed by the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario).
