Nadia Lesperance, RMT

Nadia graduated with Honours from the Massage Therapy program at Fleming College in April 2024 and has been practicing since September 2024. She provides personalized treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs, blending techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, PNF stretching, hydrotherapy and home-care guidance.

She has a special interest in treating headaches and offers Indian Head Massage treatments. Nadia is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and cared for.
