When you arrive at the clinic...

Patients will park in the spaces at the side or rear of the building that are closest to the road.

We ask that you please wait in your vehicle if you arrive early. You are welcome to enter through the backdoor 1-2 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Our waiting room is currently closed, so we ask that please wait at the backdoor entrance until your therapist comes to get you. Please ensure you have your mask on. Black bins will be provided for outdoor footwear to be placed in.

Your therapist may take your temperature by using a touchless thermometer.

Please note we are still using the rear door as our main entrance. The front door will remain locked until further notice.

During your appointment...

Patients are required to sanitize their hands upon entry into the clinic using the provided hand sanitizer. Outdoor footwear will be placed in provided bins. Your therapist will then lead you into the treatment room. Masks will be worn by the therapist and patient for the entire treatment.

After your appointment...

Please keep footwear in the black bin and make your way to reception. Your therapist will meet you at the front desk where you will be provided hand sanitizer. You may pay using direct billing, e-transfer or by using tap (hover). You can rebook your next appointment with reception or book online.
