Patients will park in the spaces at the side or rear of the building that are closest to the road (old staff parking) and await a phone call from their therapist/reception. (If patient does not have a cell phone, they may approach the back door at their appointment time to wait for their therapist, maintaining at least 2 metres from anyone else who may be waiting). The patient will be asked the screening questions again, if the therapist agrees, the patient will put on their face mask and will approach the back door. The therapist may take the patient's temperature using the touchless thermometer, prior to patient entering the building.

During your appointment...

The therapist will walk the patient to the washroom where the patient will wash their hands (warm water and soap, minimum 20 seconds). The therapist will lead the patient into the treatment room, holding the door for them. Masks will be worn by the therapist and patient for the entire treatment, and talking will be kept to a minimum.

After your appointment...

When the patient has exited the treatment room, the therapist will lead the patient to the front desk where they will be provided hand sanitizer. The patient can pay using direct billing, e-transfer or by using tap (hover). The patient may rebook online or call in later and leave a message. The patient  will leave by the front entrance (barring any mobility restrictions) and return to their car. If a cloth mask was borrowed, it will be placed in the basket outside the entrance.
