COVID19 Policies and Procedures
Before your appointment...
PPE:
Patients are required to wear a mask at all times. We ask that you please wear your own reusable cloth mask.
Patient Pre-screening:
Patients will be sent a pre-appointment screening 1-3 days prior to their appointment, and prior to entering the clinic on their appointment day.

Have you had close contact with anyone with acute respiratory illness or travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days?

Have you tested positive for COVID-19 or had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 without wearing appropriate PPE?

Do you have any of the following symptoms:

Fever
-
New onset of cough
-
Worsening chronic cough
-
Shortness of breath
-
Difficulty breathing
-
Sore throat
-
Difficulty swallowing
-
Decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell

Chills
-
Headaches
-
Unexplained fatigue/malaise/muscle aches (myalgias)
-
Nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain
-
Pink eye (conjunctivitis)
-
Runny nose/nasal congestion without other known cause

If the person is 70 years of age or older: Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms:

Delirium
-
Unexplained or increased number of falls
-
Acute functional decline
-
Worsening of chronic conditions

When you arrive at the clinic...
Patients will park at the front door. We ask that you please wait in your vehicle if you arrive early. You are welcome to enter through the front door 1-2 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please ensure you have your mask on.
During your appointment...
Patients are required to sanitize their hands upon entry into the clinic using the provided hand sanitizer. Your therapist will then lead you into the treatment room. Masks will be worn by the therapist and patient for the entire treatment.
After your appointment...
Your therapist will meet you at the front desk where you will be provided hand sanitizer. You may pay using direct billing, e-transfer or by using tap (hover). You can rebook your next appointment with reception or book online.
Notice:
Effective immediately we will be increasing all Massage Therapy Service rates by $5 due to increased costs of PPE, sanitization supplies, and clinic social distancing protocols. We hope you will all be understanding in the matter as COVID19 has greatly effected our operations at Bliss Wellness.
